Are kids allowed?

We are a family run hotel and of course, are children allowed, this includes our swimming pool(under supervision) and our restaurants. We offer special kids menus as well as high chairs, baby cots an outdoor playground in our vast parc. Plus there are lots of family-friendly activities in the region.
We do also offer Family rooms or connecting rooms, just contact us directly.
Can we bring our dog?
Sure Thing! Dogs are welcome
You can bring your four-legged friend with you. Pets are allowed in the rooms, in the Brasserie, on our terraces and in the parc. Please keep in mind that surcharges will be added per pet. Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant, breakfast room or swimming pool area.
Why do I need to give my credit card details?

Your credit card details are used as a booking guarantee. If you prefer to make a prepayment via bank transfer let us know.

Is there a pool?
Yes, we have a heated indoor pool for our all our hotel guests.

What does half board include?
Our half board packages include the stay, breakfast, WiFi, Parking, access to our pool and each evening a dinner consisting of Soup, Starter, Salad bar, Choice between 2 main Dishes, Cheeseboard and Dessert.
If you have any food allergy or intolerance please let us know upon booking so we can adapt the menu.

If you’d like to book a half board package, please let us know upon booking so we can adapt your menu to your dietary needs.
All our dishes are handmade therefore we can offer you alternatives please ask one of our service staff if you eat “à la carte”. We will try our best to present you with a choice of dishes.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Stay flexible and book directly!
If you have booked directly you can always cancel the reservation the same way the booking has been made in the first place. If not mentioned any different all our rooms can be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival free of charge. In case of any later cancelation, other policies may apply.
Please keep in mind that if you have booked on a third-party site (i.e. booking.com or Expedia) other policies may apply. You can find those policies during the booking process.

When can I check in?

We guarantee the rooms to be ready at 15:00. If you should arrive earlier and the room isn’t yet ready we will be happy to keep your luggage stored in the meantime.
When do I have to check out?

We ask our guests to check out between 07:00 and 12:00. If you want to check out earlier you can already pay the invoice the evening prior.
We will gladly store your luggage for the day after checking out. Our guests can also use the swimming pool until 20:45 on the day, even after checking out.
When do you serve breakfast?

We offer a continental breakfast from 7:30 – 10:00.
This includes amongst other things freshly baked bread rolls and bread for the towns bakery, fresh fruit, crispy bacon, hot egg dishes and sparkling wine

The hotel has 2 restaurants:
Our Brasserie with lunch menus, traditional luxembourgish dishes and international evergreens (Mo. – Su. Lunch & Dinner)
meyer’s Restaurant With french and luxemburgish menus. Half board is served in the restaurant as well (Sundays and holidays for lunch & Mo. – Su. for Dinner )
Between the kitchen opening times, you can enjoy a homemade cake or a drink in our Brasserie, in the garden or on the terrace.
How to connect to the web?

Simply log in to the WiFi network named “Hotel Meyer” the password can be found in the key pouch or just ask one of our staff members. There is no limit on how many devices can be used simultaneously.
Where can I park my car?

We offer large parking spaces around the hotel for all our guests free of charge. If you prefer an indoor parking space, you can rent one of our garages(extra fees may apply).
Motorbikes can be parked free of charge in our garage.
If you are travelling with an RV, trailer or similar, let us know in advance so we can find you a suited parking spot.
Parking for coaches is available on site.
Can I charge my electric car?

On our main parking space, you can charge your electric vehicle comfortably. We offer a Tesla Destination Charger as well as a Type 2 Plug for any other brand. max. 14 kW
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept apart from cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, V-Pay, Maestro and EC-Card. If you prefer to prepay your stay via Bank Transfer in part or for the total amount just let us know upon booking.
Please note that if you have booked a non-refundable rate you credit card may be charged with the total amount of the reservation at any time after booking(excluding extras).
Where can I smoke?
All our rooms are smoking free as well as any interior areas.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the terrace.
If you have booked a room with a balcony you may smoke on the balcony. Out of respect to our other guests please leave the door closed.
